2.2 We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time for the service. However, all appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 The prices for our services are as stated on our website or as provided in a estimate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Payment for the services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A deposit may be required.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services and to ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and free from obstructions.

4.2 You are responsible for securing or removing any valuable, fragile, or sensitive items from the areas to be cleaned prior to our arrival.

5. Liability and Damage

5.1 We take utmost care while providing our services; however, we cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

5.2 In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability shall be limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. SMS/Text Message Communications

6.1 By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text message communications from us regarding your appointments, promotions, and other relevant information.

6.2 We comply with the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) rules and regulations set forth by mobile carriers and the CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association).

6.3 You may opt-out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting us directly.

6.4 Sales and Advertising Communications

Our communications with you will consist of a variety of SMS messages. These messages can include: collecting information to further assist you, to clarify previously answered questions, communicating about already ordered services with dates and times, to assist us in finding your location, and/or offering additional services now or in the future.

These messages can include sales offers, discounts, or general information. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. What is soft washing?

Soft washing is a method of cleaning that uses low pressure to prevent damage to surfaces. Combined with solutions that are appropriate for the surface being cleaned, soft washing allows more delicate surfaces to be cleaned safely.

What is a roof wash?

A roof wash is a cleaning method in which specialized equipment and solutions are applied to the roof of your home to restore the look of the roof to a like-new look. It washes away algae, moss, dirt and other buildup from your roof, improving the look and can assist in prolonging the life of your roof.

What other services do you offer?

Other than pressure washing, we offer roof washing, house washing, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning, other exterior surface cleaning, and other related services. Check out our services page to get a full listing of services offered.

What should I do to prepare for a pressure washing appointment?

In order to prepare, we ask that you remove any outdoor furniture that may get in the way, turn off your irrigation system on the day of service, and provide us with access to an outdoor water spigot. Anything else that is needed will be communicated to you before the appointment.

How long does the process take?

Depending on the services requested, the size of the structure, and the level of cleaning needed, it could take 1 hour, up to 3-4 hours including our prep work. Each job is unique and we don't rush our service. We are as efficient as the situation allows without sacrificing a quality outcome.

Do I Need to Be Home During the Pressure Washing Service?

You are not required to be home while we perform our services. Our techs can work independently.

Here are some tips if you are not going to be home:

- Make sure we have access to the property and backyard, and a water source to connect to.
- Secure any pets indoor for the safety of the pet and our techs. This will allow us to work safely and efficiently without interruptions.
- Let us know if there are any specialty items that you are aware of that need to be protected (plants, furniture, etc.) We will always use our best judgement in protecting your items.

-Give permission for our techs to move items as needed so that we can fully access the surface being cleaned. Don't worry, anything that we move will be placed back in its original location upon completion of the service.

- Leave us a method of contact, in case any questions or concerns appear while onsite.

We are respectful of your landscaping and belongings.
